 Consultation Fee: $150 (Non-refundable, and does not guarantee qualification for the program)

Treatment Packages:
Each package includes a monthly of medications, necessary supplies, and office visits. Lab work is not included in the package price; however, patients may use their insurance to cover the cost of lab tests.

1. Testosterone only: $130/month
2. Testosterone + Enclomiphene: $160/month
3. Testosterone + Vitamin B12: $160/month
4. Testosterone + Vitamin B12 + Enclomiphene: $185/month
