TRT program pricing:

 Consultation Fee: $150 (Non-refundable, and does not guarantee qualification for the program)

Treatment Packages: 
Each package includes a three-month supply of medications, necessary supplies, and office visits. Lab work is not included in the package price; however, patients may use their insurance to cover the cost of lab tests.

Option 1:  
- Testosterone Only: $375 (for doses under 0.4ml twice weekly)  
- Testosterone Only: $405 (for doses of 0.45-0.5ml twice weekly)

Option 2:
- Testosterone with B12: $450 (for doses under 0.4ml twice weekly)  
- Testosterone with B12: $540 (for doses of 0.45-0.5ml twice weekly)

Option 3: 
- Testosterone with Clomid: $550 (for doses under 0.4ml twice weekly)  
- Testosterone with Clomid: $630 (for doses of 0.45-0.5ml twice weekly)

Option 4:
- Testosterone, B12, and Clomid: $615 (for doses under 0.4ml twice weekly)  
- Testosterone, B12, and Clomid: $705 (for doses of 0.45-0.5ml twice weekly)
